Q: Do you have other frame choices?
A: Yes, e-mail me at eptasphotos@gmail.com and we can discuss what you are looking for.
Q: How can I see a list of the cities and colleges that you have taken photographs from?
A: Go to the Designs and Alphabets page
Q: Does your pricing include shipping?
A: If you check the shipping box when you check out, the shipping amount is displayed.
Q: When will I receive my order once it is placed?
A: Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. You can add $10 for Rush Shipping.
Q: Can I commission you to complete a custom design?
A: I can design something for you at no additional fee from letters I already have, or for an extra $25, I can go out and take photos for you (SE Michigan locations only).
Q: Can I have spaces in my design?
A: Yes, but the total number of spaces can’t exceed 10 (including spaces). Contact me directly for anything over 10 spaces.
Q: Where can I pick up my order?
